چکیده
Introduction. Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is not a monophasic event, but condition characterized by hematoma expansion with mechanical damage to the surrounding tissue. The development of multiple complications associated high mortality rate 40%. In order make therapeutic decisions, it important know what factors predict outcome in these patients. aim this study was evaluate prediction scales patients spontaneous according functional at 7 and 30 days after onset. Material Methods. A three-year retrospective (2017 - 2019) included 116 treated Emergency Center, Clinical Center Vojvodina, Novi Sad, Serbia. collected data National Institutes Health Stroke Scale, original score, modified Graeb score Glasgow coma scale. Demographic data, localization, shape volume hematomas, as well occurrence intraventricular were compared. Results. group patients, male gender dominant (82%) age over 65 years (56%); scale: 1.5 interquartile range = 1 2 points, Scale 24, 15 32, 3 4 (68.1%). Background and purpose: Non-traumatic or spontaneous supratentorial hemorrhage (ICH) is a condition that may be difficult to diagnose and treat. In this study, we decided to determine certain criteria for hospitalization of patients with non-traumatic supratentorial ICH in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) . Materials and methods: This cross-sectional study was performed in Mashhad Ghaem Hospital ...
متن کاملHyponatremia in Patients with Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Hyponatremia is the most frequently encountered electrolyte abnormality in critically ill patients. Hyponatremia on admission has been identified as an independent predictor of in-hospital mortality in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (sICH). However, the incidence and etiology of hyponatremia (HN) during hospitalization in a neurointensive care unit following spontaneous intr...
متن کاملPredictors of 30-day mortality in patients with spontaneous primary intracerebral hemorrhage
BACKGROUND Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a life threatening entity, and an early outcome assessment is mandatory for optimizing therapeutic efforts. METHODS We retrospectively analyzed data from 342 patients with spontaneous primary ICH to evaluate possible predictors of 30-day mortality considering clinical, radiological, and therapeutical parameters. We also applied three widely accepte...
